Lately it’s felt like there is never enough time to just gather around and be present. So when we received our new Gathre mat I was thrilled! Gathre is a locally owned company out of Utah that specializes in vegan leather mats. Play mats, changing mats, beach mats, and soon they will even have luxury vegan leather yoga mats! Their core values are so simple and pure and their mission is to give people more reasons to Gathre.
We absolutely love our “Dot Mini” mat that they sent us! It is so versatile and makes lives daily activities a breeze. Now that Rewsey is insistent on feeding herself (and me), breakfast is often a giant mess, so using this as a high chair mat has been a game changer. Instead of getting out the broom, dust pan, and steam cleaner I just wait till she is finished, fold the edges of the mat, dump it into the sink and then wipe it down. I can do it in under 60 seconds which gives me more time to enjoy those last minute hugs and kisses before I head out the door.
However the home isn’t the only place we use out mat. It is the absolute perfect size to fold up and take with for an out and about play mat or oversized changing mat for those unexpected diaper changes. Overall we love our Gathre mat and it’s become a staple in our lives, allowing us to do more Gathreing!
